Hades Greek God of the Underworld
Hades is the ancient Greek God of the underworld ruling over all those who have died. He is often depicted as a bearded man wielding a 2 forked spear and with his 3 headed dog Cerberus. The most famous story involving Hades is his abduction (or rescue depending on the version) of his Wife Persephone which lead to the creation of seasons. Offerings to Hades include pomegranates, red wine, nuts, and coins.
